Disclaimer for Online Yoga Classes

By participating in online yoga classes, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Risk of Injury:  
I understand that yoga can be physically strenuous and carries the risk of personal injury, including the exacerbation of existing conditions.

2. Responsibility for Safety:  
I am fully responsible for my own safety and well-being during online classes. This includes ensuring my practice space is safe, choosing appropriate modifications for my needs, and being aware of my physical limits.

3. Consult Your Physician:  
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in online yoga classes, especially if I have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

4. **Modifications**:  
I acknowledge that I am responsible for choosing and taking appropriate modifications within my practice. If I choose to divert from the general instructions of the class, I am doing so at my own discretion.

5. Stop if Painful:  
I will stop practicing and seek professional medical advice if I experience any pain, dizziness, or other discomfort during the class.

6. Instructor's Limited Liability:  
The instructor and any affiliated parties are not responsible for any injuries I may experience as a result of my participation in the online yoga classes.

7. No Refunds:  
All fees for the online yoga classes are non-refundable. 

8. Class Attendance:  
Participants are welcome to attend both online live yoga classes each week.

9. Video Requirement:  
I understand that for the duration of the classes, my video must be turned on at all times. If my video is not on, I may be excluded from participating in the class.

10. Acceptance of Terms:  
 By continuing to participate in online yoga classes, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.
